I want to create a course for the whole semester/year, but I'd like my participants to pay for 4 lessons

You need to set "continuous course" (checked) in your course and set "lessons in pass for coninuous course" to 4. It is also reccomended to set (checked) "auto continue course" in the school settings.

How do I create Open pass available for participants to buy?

You can create your Open Pass policy using options in the TOOL4ARTS.
Log in as a school owner, then you have three open pass options available:

• Open Pass - pass for full month (one or more) starting from 1 and ending with the end of the month
• Open Week Pass - pass for multiple weeks, for example 4 weeks = 28 days, this pass can start from specific date or with the first course participant register to
• X Entries Pass - pass for given number of entries. It can also have maximum length defined.

Select one of these 3 options, then set duration and price.
REMEMBER - THIS IS NOT PASS FOR SPECIFIC PARTICIPANT THIS IS YOUR PASS POLICY!
When your pass is available your participants can buy them by themselves.

How do I use voucher?

You can have 2 types of voucher:

• traditional paper voucher
• electronic voucher (created in TOOL4ARTS)

For the first option (paper voucher) you just select it as a payment method.
For the second opiton (electronic voucher) you define price and policy for your voucher, then participants can buy it and pay for one or more courses. Those vouchers can be for specific person but not for specific course as only value is defined. Vouchers can have end time, but it is not recommended. Electronic voucher can be used partially, therefore if someone use part of it - new voucher is generated, but it will be automatically assigned to the same participant.

Why I can't register for a school?

There are two possible reasons that we know about:

• School did not create terms and conditions and privacy policy
• You have not set your first and last name in your profile

Can I use tool4arts for my gym?

Unfortunately we do not support individual entries without any course or organized lesson
